Hey guys!
I’m having a great time in Colorado so far. It’s good to be home 
I just wanted to pop in for a second to share the details of my late anniversary date night from last night.
We went to The Melting Pot for dinner.
To say I love fondue is quite an understatement. I’ll let this picture speak for itself.
We got cheddar fondue to start, which was served with bread, veggies, and apples. So yummy!
But because dessert is really the most important part, we got an extra big size of the cookies and cream marshmallow dream fondue. It was dark chocolate fondue with marshmallow cream and oreos on top. Mmm!
We were beyond stuffed after that! Then we headed back to our hotel. However, as we were driving, I had the feeling we weren’t in the same area at all. I just went with it, but before I knew it, we had pulled up to the Brown Palace Hotel – the same hotel we stayed at the night we got engaged.
He hubs basically recreated the night we got engaged, which made the whole experience so special.
I forgot to take pictures of our room, but I did get a shot of our in room breakfast from this morning.
Breakfast included a croissant, cheese danish, muffin, fruit, coffee, and juice for me. So much yumminess! I couldn’t have asked for a better way to spend our anniversary
Now we’re headed back to Colorado Springs to spend the day with my dad. See ya!
